In 2024 we will be volunteering this summer at ‘Forward Garden’ beginning May 13. We have committed to 10 Saturdays this summer. Each Saturday we will meet @ Pope Farms and work from 9 am - 11 am. Forward Garden is part of the Madison Area Food Pantry Gardens (MAFPG) network. Basically, they grow food to donate to local food pantries.

Important notes before you arrive
Please bring gloves, closed-toed shoes, and a light jacket (it can be a bit windy and chillier than expected).

Location
Pope Farm Homestead, 7492 W. Old Sauk Road, Middleton, Wis.
Be sure to enter Middleton, NOT Madison into the GPS.
Parking is behind the large barn as you turn in. Follow the short road to the open area.
You will be turning into an old homestead past the conservancy (pictured below). It will “feel” like you are turning into someone’s private property.
